To celebrate Dr. Zung's retirement, and show our appreciation for her many years of service, we will be holding drop in for her patients on Dec. 5th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at our Fenelon Falls office.

Important Update for Our Fenelon Falls Patients

We would like to inform you of a few upcoming changes to our clinic team and locations:

Dr. Zung will be retiring this December. We are grateful for her years of dedicated care, and we are pleased to welcome Dr. Fraser Barratt, who will be taking over her practice.

Nurse Practitioner Amy Thompson will be relocating to our new clinic space at 85 Bolton St., Bobcaygeon (above Shoppers Drug Mart) effective January 5th.
Please note that her patients may continue to access any nursing or other services they currently receive in Fenelon Falls—such as injections, blood pressure checks, and mental health counselling—in either our Fenelon Falls office or at the new Bobcaygeon location should they prefer.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this transition.

There continues to be confusion about changes to our Bobcaygeon clinic which has been running Mon-Fri to assist patients who do not have access to local providers. We are halting this clinic as we will be taking on patients from the Healthcare Connect list to attach them permanently. This is only one step in the Kawartha Lakes Haliburton Ontario Health Team attachment plan for patients.

There are NO CHANGES to the Minden Urgent Care Clinic.

There are NO CHANGES to our walk-in clinics operating on Mon and Thu evening and Wed afternoon.

Please note that we will be halting our unattached patient clinic effective September 26th to focus on providing better continuity of care by attaching patients to permanent providers.

At this time, we will be taking patients from the Health Care Connect list ONLY, so please do not call our offices. Once we have taken as many patients as we are able to accommodate, we will assess the need and re-implement the unattached patient clinic as necessary. If your name is not yet on the Health Care Connect list, you can register by calling 1-888-579-6707 or emailing HealthCareConnect@ontariohealthathome.ca.

Any tests of referrals which have been ordered at the clinic will be followed to completion.

Our walk-in clinics will continue in Bobcaygeon on Mondays and Thursdays 4:00pm – 7:00pm and at the Fenelon Falls Pharmasave on Wednesdays 1:00pm – 5:30pm
