This week, leading up to Thanksgiving there will be times and days that feel a little overwhelming - the planning, the shopping, the cooking, etc. - Make sure you also plan time for YOU ❤ Schedule yourself a pause, a moment to breathe, and space to practice gratitude 🙏 I promise the holiday isn't going to go anywhere if you do!!
