✨ Strength Coach for Embodied Transformation
🌿 I help women move smarter, feel safer, and live stronger through strength, mindset, and nervous-system aware coaching.
➡️ Using movement as a tool for self-discovery, empowerment, and connection.

Something shifts when you stop training like your body is a problem to solve.

You start to notice the way you speak to yourself in the hard moments.

You start to feel the difference between pushing from pressure
and moving from connection.

You start to realize that strength is not just about how much you can lift —
it is also about how much of yourself you can stay with while you lift.

The pause becomes powerful.

The breath becomes information.

The body becomes less of a battle
and more of a doorway.

This is where training becomes more than a workout.

It becomes a place to practice a new relationship with yourself.

From fixing to trusting.
From proving to connecting.
From forcing to feeling.
From all-or-nothing to meeting yourself in the middle.
From becoming someone else to becoming more fully yourself.

This is phoenix strength.

The fire.
The water.
The rising.
The remembering.

Not because you were broken.

Because there has always been more of you waiting to be expressed.

Which shift speaks to you most?

This is the heart of my work.

I don’t just see movement patterns.

I see nervous system patterns.

I see the way your body braces, protects, holds, performs, and tries so hard to do it right.

And yes, I love helping people move well.

Form matters.
Mechanics matter.
Strength matters.
Breath matters.

But what I have learned is this…

If we shift the way you move, but we don’t also shift the way you feel inside the movement, it doesn’t fully integrate.

It stays something you do.

Instead of becoming something you embody.

I am not here to correct you.
I am not here to simply fix symptoms.

Because I believe you are already doing so many things right.

My mission is to bring awareness to what is happening underneath the surface.

To help you pause.
Notice.
Allow.
Feel.
Choose.

So your strength becomes more than something you train.

Your confidence becomes more than something you perform.

Your growth becomes more than something you chase.

It becomes integrated.

It becomes embodied.

It becomes who you are.

Because movement is not just about changing your body.

It is about learning how to come home to it.

Not because I feel young.
But because I can feel the same old story waking up in my body.

The one that started around puberty.

The one that made me question if my body was acceptable.

The one that taught me to scan, compare, adjust, and contract.

But today, lying in the shade, feeling the sun on my skin and the water in front of me, something felt different.

I was not trying to get a tan.
I was not worrying about tan lines.
I was not obsessing over how I looked in my bathing suit.

I was just feeling.

In that moment, I felt free.

Menopause has been exposing the places where my love for myself has been conditional.

And this is the invitation.

Not to fight this changing body.
Not to abandon myself again.
But to pause.

To meet the 13-year-old part of me with compassion.

To listen to the wisdom inside the contraction.

To let her know we do not have to carry the same story forward.

This season is asking me to feel a different story.

And this time, I am letting my body lead.

This morning I led my first somatic movement stress release class in a new country.

With new hair. 🤣😉

And this afternoon, I’ll be holding a Reiki healing space.

Jamaica is teaching me a lot right now:

less control,
more patience,
more trust inside the uncertainty.

And wow… my body knows this edge.

It is responding the same way it did in my marathon and competition days.

Full exposure to my thoughts.
Full exposure to my insecurities.
Full exposure to the parts of me that want certainty before I take the next step.

But this time, I am not abandoning myself to prove I can do it.

I am pausing.
I am feeling.
I am witnessing what rises.

Because if you are a client of mine, you already know this:

I will pause our session to be with the energy that needs to be witnessed and invited to heal.

This has always been woven into my work.

But I have been timid to forward-face it as:

This is what I do.

I don’t just coach movement.

I hold space for the identity shift that happens when you meet yourself inside the movement.

A new comfort zone does not arrive fully formed.

It is built through honest reps.

One breath.
One pause.
One moment of choosing not to grip for control.

Identity shift loading…

Until my body starts to believe:

“Oh. This is me now.”

I am always amazed when I travel…

What can happen in even 12 hours.

Yesterday I was up at my usual 5am.

By 5pm, I was in Jamaica, standing at the beach.

Before that happened, there was:

A drive to the airport.
Security.
Too many liquids.
Reorganizing my bag and deciding what I could leave behind.
A flight where I worked, read, and napped.
A hike to our Airbnb with all our bags.
An hour wait before we could check in.
Another hike with our bags to find cold drinks.
Then finally… bags dropped.

And let me tell you — walking without those bags felt like a whole new body.

A full perspective flip.

We toured.
We tried the food recommendations.
Little snacks at each place.
We took in the sunset.
Walked back to the Airbnb.
And I was asleep by 9pm.

And it got me thinking…

We often say, “There aren’t enough hours in a day.”

But then we go on vacation and somehow we fit a whole lifetime into one day.

Not because we are rushing.

But because we are present.

We take things in smaller doses.
We follow curiosity.
We let the day unfold.
We rest in between.
We don’t need every moment to be perfectly productive to feel full.

I believe that is a powerful lesson.

Maybe there are enough hours.

Maybe what we are really craving is a different relationship with time.

A little less pressure.
A little more presence.
A little more permission to experience life in small, beautiful bites.

That is the perspective flip I am taking with me today:

Sometimes the day doesn’t need more hours.

It just needs more restful energy inside the hours we already have.
