I miiight be biased but I’m pretty sure I’ve got the best damn chef in the West for our autumn retreat in Cornwall… 👀🤎

Let’s all just take a moment here to appreciate the absolute magic that creates in the kitchen 🙌🏼 (I honestly don’t know how he does it!?).

On the Driftwood Retreat, not only do you not have to cook for yourself for an entire weekend - but you also get to experience a deliciously varied menu that plays with flavours inspired by a multitude of cultures and cuisines, whilst still invoking a cosy, nurturing feeling of familiarity.

Everyone who leaves this retreat asks for recipes to take with them. Some even left last year with some sourdough starter… 🍞

Pheewwwww ✌🏼The Secret Retreat welcomed in some heat this year 🔥🔥🔥 So we made it our mission to find water sources wherever we went 💃🏻 And we might have had a little fun in doing so…

Sometimes you don’t need to have it all planned out, you just need to brave enough to take the first step into the unknown.

10 years ago I wouldn’t have been able to dream up the places I’d get to go as an established yoga teacher and retreat leader.

And I likely (and hopefully!) can’t imagine where I might be in another 10 years time!

Remember to keep putting one foot in front of the other, trusting that the energy you put out there will eventually return to you in another form, and making the most of every moment in-between - we only have a finite amount of time on this beautiful earth 🥾🌍🍃

What if… 🍃

Oh how good it feels to remember this time and time again.

Life is short and precious, wild and unpredictable - and we only have one.

So let this be your reminder today to lean in to all of it, to remember to embrace the quiet moments of joy as well as the loud ones, and to meet yourself as you are, wholeheartedly, every single day.
