Over 65? Thinking about housing options for now or further down the road?
What I will include for you at Ranch Homes Senior Housing. A room in a large house on a few acres. I will do the cooking, cleaning, maintaining and bills.
Breakfast of eggs, (from our chickens), oatmeal, fruit, etc. Lunch spent outside by the water*, packed sandwiches and fruit. Dinner will always be a proper sit-down three-course meal. You can enjoy music, art, gardening, hikes, bike riding, games, swimming, trips, events, etc... This place will be the kind of home your grandkids will want to visit! That’s my whole premise. I’m excited to create homes that families really want to come and visit! Where the kids don’t complain how bored they are and just stare at a game on phone. I hope you will see this idea is so much better than the typical, depressing old-age homes. And YES, for around the same price! Roughly $2000 a month.
Perhaps you don't want to live ALONE anymore and your health is decent. Perfect! Call me! It seems to me active living including fresh air will give you a good sleep thus good health. That’s my goal for every person to keep that good health going and maybe getting stronger! Plus the fact that friends and family will want to visit you here.
