We offer a clean friendly studio, charged with Reiki Healing energy to help you feel nourished each time you roll out your mat 🥰✨

Our team of 13 yoga teachers each offer a unique experience for you to explore different styles and lineages of Yoga.

This month we are doing a bingo challenge promotion and next month we will be offering our Core yoga challenge 💪🏻 with more core focused vinyasa flow classes on the schedule. It’s a great way to tone your body while bringing peace and harmony into your mind.
