I’ve really been feeling held by my family, friends, and community. Thank you to everyone who has supported and helped out during a very difficult time. I am slowly but surely getting back to my (new) normal, and wanted to make a post offering my herbal products as I am now feeling ready to get back into blending and creating (this is a big beautiful jar of my new iced tea blend that I made for Oliver’s wonderful preschool teachers - I will be putting over ice for a thirst quenching treat for the whole family). Because of my diagnosis, I am unfortunately not able to do the work I was doing last summer, so any support really means the world! I will be in Fernie this weekend and (if ordered in time) I can bring any teas, tinctures, etc. into town with me. All the love, L.

As some of you know, I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy after having two tonic-clonic (grand mal) seizure episodes. The second one required me to be put into a medically induced coma after I was unable to come out of status epilepticus (prolonged/multiple in a row). A lot has changed in my life because of this, so I’ve decided to switch things up on here and focus on epilepsy and herbal safety.

Aside from the crazy storm that made us all pack it in early, it was a great first ! So nice to be back and see everyone again. Thanks to the organizers, vendors, and attendees for making it possible.
