"Sacred Stillness" - A Breathwork & Sound Journey Experience

You really don't want to miss this event with friends Natasha & Marcos of The Well Canada!

Come settle into sacred stillness under the powerful glow of the Full Moon. We will open the afternoon with a brief, gentle restorative & sound opening, grounding you into the space and moment, preparing you to receive the magic of the next 90 minutes. Sink deeper as you are guided through a transformative breathwork session and immersed in the soothing power of voice, accompanied by the therapeutic vibrations of guitar, crystal singing bowls, gongs and more. The afternoon closes with a powerful full moon fire circle (weather pending), smores and song.

Take this moment for yourself, bring a friend or two and sink into sacred stillness. Release tension, anxiety, stress, pain, quiet the mind and allow the medicine of breathwork, sound and restoration to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

Everyone is welcome. No experience is needed. Just come open to receive and be in community with like-minded people.

May brings sweet offerings to our community as we continue to bloom and grow together.

Two more public offerings to harness the power of this month's two Full Moon energies!!

"Serenity" comes to a close Friday May 22 for group events (privates & individual still available). Don't worry though! It will return in September/October through May 2027.

Our Mother's Day "Serenity" High Tea & Hot Stones Experience was incredible!

Shared time with two separate groups, (forgot to take pic of the second ground;), of absolutely amazing humans.

It is decided, this will become an annual event!!

Restorative yoga, draped in hot basalt stones, Ayurveda Face Massage, Reiki, snuggled in blankets, supported by bolsters, bathed in the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, bowls, chimes, drums. We brought ALL the gongs!

Sharing a table together indulging in delicious homemade scones made by the lovely Cathy Lemire, mini sandwiches, so many sweet & savory deliciousness and engaging conversation.

Sound amazing? It was!

Thank you to everyone who shared their time and energy with us. My heart is full.

Enjoy a Reiki infused Ayurveda Face Massage and finish our time together in community enjoying homemade scones, sipping tea.

Absolutely no yoga experience is required.
Everything is provided: mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, blocks.
