Warm Candlelit Winter Solstice Immersive Sound Journey Gathering - Sunday December 21 | 6-8pm | Drip Hot Yoga in Caledonia

Join Crystal for a lovely evening of sound, scent and celebration, surrounded by candlelight, cocooned in warmth. Come into deep rest as you prepare to reset and reclaim yourself and the light this Winter Solstice.

This experience includes:
🤍 10 min Candle & Gong Meditation to bring about new beginnings
🤍 60+ min Immersive Sound Journey (gongs, himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, rain sticks and more!)
🤍 Intention Setting with prompts following above (journal & pen included)
🤍 Card Pulling
🤍 Closing Sharing Circle
🤍 Yule Log, snacks, apple cider, tea

Join Crystal and special guest Justin Pitters for a grounding nervous system reset as we welcome the retun of the light this Winter Solstice.
Enjoy deeply relaxing restorative postures with hot stones and head massage, as you are taken on an immersive sound journey with the ethereal sounds of the handpan, rav, chimes, crystal bowls, gong, didgeridoo, drums and more.

Your experience includes:
💙 12 min Himalayan Bowl held Meditation
💙 60+ min Hot Stone Rest & Restore including gentle Head Massage
💙 Immersive Sound Journey woven throughout the above restorative section
💙 Make & Take Suncatchers (make 2-3 suncatchers for yourself or gift them to others)
💙 Gentle Mindful Forest Walk
💙 "Burning Wishes" Fire Circle
💙 Yule Log, snacks, apple cider & tea

** Stones are placed over light, loose-fitting clothing (T-shirt or thin top to allow heat to pe*****te effectively and the stones to move freely) as you rest in supported restorative postures.

Winter Solstice Retreat - Saturday December 20 | 12-4pm | Zen Country Wellness

Join Crystal and special guest Justin Pitters for a nervous system reset, find deep relaxation and ground yourself this holiday season. Enjoy community around the table creating Sun Catchers to celebrate and welcome the return of the light after the longest night of the year. We will finish with a gentle forest walk and closing "Burning Wishes" fire circle.

Join Crystal for an evening of relaxation and celebration as we welcome back the light surrounded by candlelight and cocooned in warmth. 

Your experience begins with a gentle Candle Meditation to open the evening and bring about new beginnings. Then lay back and get comfy as Crystal takes you on a journey through sound as you are immersed in the vibrations of gongs, himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, rain sticks and more! Bring your favourite journal to write in throughout the night as we set intentions for moving forward and say goodbye to what is no longer needed. We will finish our time together with a lovely sharing circle enjoying some Yule log, light snacks and tea. Please notify of any allergies upon register.

It is such an honour to do this work every day.
All of the services I offer helped me at one point in my life and continue to help support me now. It just seems natural to extend the knowledge and experience I have gained to offer support to others on their wellness journey. I am so very grateful every single day to have the opportunity to serve you.
