Our Open House was a grand success and so much fun yesterday! Thanks to all who supported us!!
From the generous donors yesterday we raised $325 for Haldimand Norfolk Women’s Services! And from our monthly Soul Sisterhood Circles (and garden tower herbs) we’ve raised $225 bringing the total to $550. Zen Country Wellness is going to double this making it $1,100 for HNWS. Crystal and I thank you all so much AND Michelle Murray for attending yesterday to represent HNWS!

I see that schools are closed and buses are cancelled for tomorrow. We didn’t get as much snow as they predicted in our immediate area. I will provide classes through Zoom…if you live close and know that the roads are safe you’re welcome to come I will be in studio. BUT safety first🙏🏼💜

With the anticipation of tomorrow’s snow all day, tomorrow mornings qigong and evening yoga will both be presented only through Zoom. Although if one shows up, you will be welcomed in!
