I see that schools are closed and buses are cancelled for tomorrow. We didn’t get as much snow as they predicted in our immediate area. I will provide classes through Zoom…if you live close and know that the roads are safe you’re welcome to come I will be in studio. BUT safety first🙏🏼💜

With the anticipation of tomorrow’s snow all day, tomorrow mornings qigong and evening yoga will both be presented only through Zoom. Although if one shows up, you will be welcomed in!
