✨ A Spring Class I’m Really Looking Forward To
This March, I’ll be offering a 6-week Somatic Movement series at Lemonade Collective in Clarksburg, and it feels like such a natural fit for that community.
Somatic movement isn’t about pushing or stretching harder. It’s about learning how your body moves from the inside out — improving coordination, balance, strength, and ease so everything else you do feels better.
This class is a supportive complement to other forms of exercise and is especially helpful for bodies that:
• Feel tight, stiff, or restricted — even when you stay active
• Carry the effects of daily stress in muscles and connective tissue
• Want to move with greater ease, coordination, and efficiency
• Benefit from gentle nervous system regulation and recovery
• Are looking to improve mobility without force or strain
It’s gentle, surprisingly powerful, and complements walking, swimming, strength training, yoga — whatever you already enjoy.
