My shoulder twitches hundreds of times a day. That's the Tourette's.
But in this session with Kaili, something else was going on.
She put her hands on the tension in my leg and asked me to say out loud what was bothering me.
I did. And I felt it release. Right there.
That's why we called this one Good Vibrations.
