Happy to have been able to offer space while Carleton County Jiu-Jitsu worked toward their next step in finding a permanent spot. Wishing them all the best as they settle into their new home with B7 Jiu Jitsu and continue growing the sport. Congratulations.

We’re excited to announce that Carleton County Jiu-Jitsu will be amalgamating with B7 Jiu Jitsu, located in Woodstock.

After careful consideration, we truly believe this is the best move for all of our members — both new and long-time teammates. By bringing our teams together under one roof, we’re creating more opportunities to grow, train, and continue building a strong Jiu-Jitsu community in our region.

With over 1,700 square feet of newly renovated training space, this next chapter gives us the room, resources, and energy needed to elevate the experience for everyone on the mats.

I have been wanting to share this for a while. I feel like now is the perfect time to say it.

I absolutely love what I do.

I help people with their pain every day. But what many do not realize is that I am also working with the nervous system.

I can feel the shift that happens through breath and regulation without a word being spoken. The body softens. The guard comes down. The mind quiets.

And the tissue begins to tell a story.
That is the number one question I get asked.
“How do you know?”
“Can you actually feel that?”

But what I see more often than not is overstimulation.
People are exhausted but cannot truly rest.
Too tired to move, yet too wired to sleep.

Mind racing all day, then zoning out at night just to cope, only to wake up feeling more drained.
Stress responses are learned.
Thought patterns are learned.

And if something is learned, it can be unlearned.

That is why I created this four week Mindfulness Meditation and Mindset Reset series.

Yes, we will meditate.

But we will also learn how your nervous system works and how breath and awareness can begin shifting patterns.

This is not about escaping life for an hour.
It is about training your brain and body to respond differently within it.

I am keeping this group intentionally small so we can go deeper. First come, first serve.

Yin Yoga – Full Body Decompress tonight at 6:30–7:30 PM

$20 cash to instructor

This evening’s Yin class is a full-body decompression designed to gently release tension and settle the nervous system.

If you’re feeling stretched thin, run down, or like your neck and shoulders are living up by your ears, this class is for you.

We’ll move very slowly, holding poses for 1–3 minutes to allow the deeper layers of fascia to soften and release. The focus is on ease, breath, and comfort , not pushing or forcing.

You can expect:
• deep relaxation
• gentle, sustained stretches
• full-body fascia release

This is a very slow, soothing practice. Perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and like they’re floating on cloud nine.

Blu and I have a Studio announcement

I designed Pure Therapy Yoga Studio to be a soulful experience , a space where people can move, breathe, and feel supported, without pressure, expectation, or judgment. Just a place where you can truly be yourself.

You don’t need experience or flexibility to belong here , just a willingness to show up.

Living and working in a small town, we see the need for movement that fits real life. Not intimidating or performative, but supportive of both the body and the nervous system. What works for some doesn’t work for all — and that matters.

We are truly humbled to share that our 2026 class schedule is now available through June ✨
(Blu does attend all the classes I teach 🤍)

This year, we’ll be offering:
• Jiu Jitsu
• Vinyasa Flow
• Yin Yoga
• Slow strength classes

Happy New Year 🤍

As we step into 2026, I feel incredibly humbled to be entering this year with Pure Therapy thriving. This year also marks a meaningful milestone for me a decade in business (2016–2026).

I’m deeply grateful for the trust, support, and kind words this community has shared with me over the past ten years. Those who know me know that I’ve always led my work with care, intention, and integrity.

In 2025, I was thankful to give back in ways that truly matter to me. Donating over 50 hours of therapeutic care, free of charge, and contributing approximately $5,000 to local charities and community initiatives. While confidentiality limits what I can share, giving back has been a priority since I moved here in 2016.

Continuing education is central to my practice, and in 2025 alone I invested over 150 hours in my advanced training, always striving to offer the best care possible.

Pure Therapy has always been about creating a calm, welcoming space where people can slow down, reset, and feel supported. As I enter this decade year, I’m incredibly grateful for what’s been built and excited for what’s ahead.

There are new services already in motion, with feedback that has been truly humbling. Many saying, “This is exactly what we need in this area.” We're just finishing up the final pieces before we make it live. Stay tuned 🤍

My girl and I are leaving the office till 2026 and wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

I want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who speaks with such positivity and grace about me and my business, and who truly sees what I offer to this area. Your trust, loyalty, and continued support mean more to me than I can put into words.

Pure Therapy is proud to offer our very first 8-week Midweek Mindful Movement Series — designed to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge this fall.

This unique class has been highly requested, and Magen has been working behind the scenes to create the perfect midweek experience for this FALL!

Each 90-minute class includes:

*Gentle flow yoga to build confidence and mobility
*Yin yoga for deep release and rest
*Intro to meditation to calm and center the mind
*Mats, props and soothing aromas
*All in a beautiful, peaceful, and clean space

Details:
Start Date: October 1
End Date: November 19
Location: 6 Welch Street, Florenceville-Bristol
Time: 90-minute evening class (once per week)
