I have been wanting to share this for a while. I feel like now is the perfect time to say it.
I absolutely love what I do.
I help people with their pain every day. But what many do not realize is that I am also working with the nervous system.
I can feel the shift that happens through breath and regulation without a word being spoken. The body softens. The guard comes down. The mind quiets.
And the tissue begins to tell a story.
That is the number one question I get asked.
“How do you know?”
“Can you actually feel that?”
But what I see more often than not is overstimulation.
People are exhausted but cannot truly rest.
Too tired to move, yet too wired to sleep.
Mind racing all day, then zoning out at night just to cope, only to wake up feeling more drained.
Stress responses are learned.
Thought patterns are learned.
And if something is learned, it can be unlearned.
That is why I created this four week Mindfulness Meditation and Mindset Reset series.
Yes, we will meditate.
But we will also learn how your nervous system works and how breath and awareness can begin shifting patterns.
This is not about escaping life for an hour.
It is about training your brain and body to respond differently within it.
I am keeping this group intentionally small so we can go deeper. First come, first serve.
