I almost didn’t share this.
Because when we talk about healing, we expect everything to look better right away. Tighter. Firmer. More “put together.”
But lately, on my remineralizing + nervous system calming journey, I noticed my skin elasticity changing. Softer. Less bounce. And for a moment, it made me question everything.
Then I remembered something important.
For years, my body lived in survival mode. Stress chemistry can make things look tight and lean on the outside — but that isn’t resilience. That’s tension.
As I slowed down, supported my minerals, and taught my nervous system that it’s safe… my body stopped gripping. It started exhaling.
And sometimes, healing looks like softness before strength.
Like release before rebuilding.
Like honesty before “results.”
If you’re noticing changes as you slow down — in your skin, your energy, your body — it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It often means your system is finally shifting out of survival.
This is why I don’t rush the process.
And why I don’t chase symptoms.
Real healing lasts longer than quick fixes ever will.
If this resonates, you’re not alone 🤍
