😪 When you are juggling family demands and work and you feel like you need to get back to some healthier solutions….

🛑 Drop everything and meal prep first.

🏃🏼‍♀️ Because even if you plan to train or do a workout you still need proper fuel in your body.

🌞Banana blueberry oat bran muffins to fuel your morning workout or even a morning walk

💪Simple egg bites with cheese broccoli and bacon , high protein to help you recover or keep you full all morning and away from the bad choices or to keep you away from skipping meals.

⚠️ Ladies, skipping meals is a great way to hit an energy crash and shoot piles or cortisol through your body that in turn stalls all of your results so don’t skip meals.

Fitness is not a fad. And it shouldn’t be treated like one. It’s science and biology. It’s part of life. It’s like oxygen. The less we have, the more we hurt. The worse our health gets. So it’s important to understand that it’s not something we are going to out grow and finally complete and pack it away like it’s just some memory. Fitness will evolve with you. It should always be a part of you, whether you are at your strongest or your weakest. Whether your heath is at its best or at its worst. There is always a place for strength training. So those fads that make you feel like If you are not at your best don’t bother? They won’t teacher you how to progress and regress throughout your life. Fitness should be forgiving. It should move with you and be readjusted as you go through life. Peaks or valleys , it doesn’t matter! We should always be involved In the process. Us Trainers are not going anywhere and if we were we wouldn’t be part of the solution. We are here because we believe in you and we understand that it’s all about Longevity ! Prevention! Correction! And constant “REFORM”. And that’s okay. Don’t be ashamed of feeling weak or think that you have sunken too low to get back to it. In fact these are the ones we want to help. We want to keep you in the game as long as possible or get you back to a place where you feel good again. 💕💪

We just completed our very last session in the Fenwick Studio.

It’s been a wonderful experience.

I met so many amazing Women where we built a community based on support and acceptance.

I had a chance to support a larger number of clients where Women met, connected, made friends and also networked with their small businesses.

We built new programs and new systems along with nurturing healthy mindsets when it comes to reaching our health goals.

We will be reopening March 23 in Fonthill, back in the home studio.

I look forward to seeing many of you there to continue your programs and/or enjoy Thai Massage Treatments. 💕
