SIMPLICITY
you’re overcomplicating this
Somewhere along the way, we were taught that getting healthy had to be complicated.
Track everything.
Measure everything.
Cut this. Add that.
Start over (again) on Monday.
No wonder it feels overwhelming.
But what if the problem isn’t you…
—it’s the complexity?
Because your body doesn’t need confusion.
It needs clarity.
Simplicity looks like:
• Eating real, recognizable food
• Listening to your body
• Creating habits you can actually sustain
• Letting go of rules that don’t serve you
Not perfect.
Not extreme.
Just consistent and clear.
That’s where things start to shift.
Because when it’s simple…
It’s doable.
When it’s doable…
It becomes sustainable.
And that’s where real results live.
