Lately, Iโve been leaning heavily into heart-centered reminders because things have felt incredibly heavy and I know Iโm not the only one feeling it.
People are exhausted. Angry. Reactive. Hurt people are hurting people, and so much of the world right now feels driven by ego, hostility, self-service, and the constant need to โwin,โ even at the expense of others.
Iโve experienced what it feels like to be treated as an outsider in my own community. To give endlessly toward the betterment of humanity while asking for very little in return besides basic respect, honesty, and human decency. And truthfully, the lack of self-awareness and accountability everywhere can feel soul-draining.
But despite that, I refuse to let bitterness harden me.
Everything I do through Henotic Heart comes from a genuine place. I lead with heart. I communicate openly. Iโm willing to have difficult conversations. I stand up for myself when needed. I honor my boundaries while still choosing compassion.
And while Iโm exhausted, these experiences no longer break me the way they once did, because I know who I am!
I know what I offer this world.
I know my intentions are rooted in healing, humanity, connection, and truth.
Sometimes moving through life means learning how to dodge the projections, pain, and demons of others without allowing them to poison your spirit in the process.
So these heart-centered reminders arenโt about pretending life is beautiful all the time.
Theyโre about staying connected to yourself when the world around you feels disconnected.
Protect your peace.
Stay grounded in your truth.
Lead with integrity.
Hold boundaries.
And remember that being kind in a hardened world is still a form of rebellion.
