🩺 We’re Hiring: 2 Registered Dietitian Positions

Registered Dietitian – Diabetes Education
18-month contract | 37.5 hours per week

The Registered Dietitian will work within the Diabetes Education Program to provide evidence-based self-management education and support to individuals living with type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes. The primary site of work is North Lambton Community Health Centre.

Registered Dietitian – Permanent (Sarnia Site)
0.6 FTE | 22.5 hours per week

The Registered Dietitian provides evidence-based nutrition assessment, treatment, and education for individuals and groups across the lifespan.
