**2026 Updates - Please read**

Dear valued clients,

As of January 5/26, my rates will be adjusting to reflect the legal requirement to collect HST, as well as increases in operational costs and cost of living inflation. Please know that this decision weighs heavy on my heart, as I know that life is increasingly expensive for everyone.

I truly value your trust and continued support, as this change allows me to continue providing the quality care you deserve. If this change impacts your ability to seek care, please know that I am open to discussing this privately.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY:
48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. A charge of 50% of your service will be applied if not followed.

I understand that illness and severe weather can happen unexpectedly-please reach out as soon as possible and I will take those situations into thoughtful consideration.

Please note that late arrivals shorten your treatment time, and the full rate for the booked appointment will still be charged.

NEW CLIENTS:
My books are open to take new clients who are able to come between the hours of 9-3pm. I am no longer taking appointments later than 3pm, unless you are an established client (seen within the last 6 months)

ONLINE BOOKING:
I am in the process of setting up online booking, and will post when it is up and running

I’m trying to gauge if there would be interest in an INFANT MASSAGE CLASS.

I would be demonstrating technique for parents to use on their babies, aswell as some holding/carrying positions, and tummy time strategies.
