Throughout the winter months, Tracey and I have had the privilege of hosting monthly private luncheons with our residents, bringing everyone together in camaraderie. As we approach the final gathering, we've had the pleasure of sharing lunch with nearly every resident in the building, with just one or two more to go! These luncheons have provided a wonderful opportunity for new friendships to blossom, great conversations to unfold, and laughter to be shared. I'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Debbie for skillfully preparing today's exquisite menu, featuring creamy carrot soup, ham and Swiss on multi-grain bread, sweet pickles, and tomato feta salad, all perfectly complemented by Debbie’s divine homemade lemon tarts. Thank you to all the lovely ladies who joined me today; it was an absolute delight!
