Pharmacy services are experiencing an overload related to renewals and new prescriptions. As a result, same‑day processing is temporarily unavailable as our teams work hard to catch up on needs.

✔️ You cannot wait on-site for your medication.
✔️ You will be informed when to come for your pick-up.
✔️ You may experience delays of up to 48 hours for new and renewed prescriptions, as emergencies are prioritized.

Please remember to be courteous with all staff, who are working hard to provide the best possible healthcare despite limited resources.
