Ta**us is the bull, the symbol of the peak of Spring. It represents the warming of the earth and the roots pushing deep into the soil.

The mantra “I HAVE” reminds us that we have presence, roots, and deep connections.

Releasing stagnation is important this time of year and herbs in this tea are chosen to support the lymphatic and circulatory flow. They also help prevent nasal congestion. The flowers provide antioxidants and vitamin C to fully embrace the season.
