So as of JANUARY 1st, 2026, the CLINIC will now offer DIRECT BILLING to SUNLIFE plans.

Please reach out to the clinic to have a SUNLIFE Direct Billing Form sent to you, as they require a signed form with the Benefit Holders approval, consent, and Insurance information.
