🌿 Omisimâw Wellness is back in motion 🌿

It’s been a season of deep reflection, transformation, and growth. As I head into my fourth year of clinical herbal studies with Emery Herbals, I’ve been reimagining what my herbal practice looks like; grounded in care, cultural connection, and community healing.

I’m excited to share that I’m now working out of , focusing on reproductive health, trauma-informed care, and addiction recovery through custom herbal formulas and support.

My formulas are slowly being relisted on the website and available in-person at the Lodge, as I continue to expand my clinical practice with intention.

🌿 What a week! (Says a herbalist in the Spring, on a Tuesday iykyk)
As the land stretches awake and the spring winds carry the scent of new growth, it’s been a full and beautiful time to walk alongside the plants.

This evening, I had the honour of hosting a workshop with McMurray Métis — sharing stories, medicine, and laughter. It’s humbling to be invited to speak about our plant kin, and I’m always reminded how much more there is to learn from them.

Grateful for the opportunity to share what little I know, and to witness others deepening their connection to the medicines around us. The plants are waking up — and so are we. 🌱✨

🌿✨ Last week, we had the incredible honour of being invited by Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation to take part in their Healing Without Words event at Therese Tuccaro School in Fort Chipewyan. As a traditional clinical herbalist, being able to host a rural herbal clinic in community is truly a dream come true.

Connecting with people I love and admire, sharing medicines, and offering knowledge in a space of healing and tradition was deeply inspiring. The power of plant medicine and community care is something I will always hold close.

This won’t be the last! I’m already looking forward to bringing more herbal clinics to community and continuing this work in the places that mean the most. Thank you to ACFN for the invitation and to everyone who welcomed me with open hearts🤎🌿
