Remember, what ever you are grateful for multiples. Gratitude is a great multiplier!
Its so easy to go about our day, move thru the week , and realise , you didn't take a moment to be grateful for : the money your recieve, the money you get to spend, your health, someone smiling back at you, someone holding the door, the sun, a home / roof over your head, clean drinking water, supplements, food, your vehicles.
Let go even further: all the people it take to deliver this food to the grocery store, the truck driver’s bringing us fuel, the flight attendants , the bus drivers, the gardener, agriculture, fruit picker, the animals, the soil, the water .
Its so easy to focus on all the things that are going wrong in our life. Trust me , i’ve been in dark places, but when I started being grateful for things everyday. The light in my heart got brighter and brighter , my thoughts were more positive, I had a smile on my face more, life didn't feel so heavy.
This is a practice that i will be starting again.
As i said befor, it’s easy to forget.
What are you grateful for today??
Every morning and before you go to bed , say to yourself or journal 5 things.
