Meet Danielle, your new strength coach 💪✨
Her fitness journey kicked off in 2015 & from basement workouts to confidently stepping into the gym, she hasn’t looked back.
Always chasing a challenge, she’s tried just about everything 👇
FemSpirt, powerlifting (Worlds in Calgary 2019!), CrossFit (1st place at Festivus!), half marathons, a full marathon, a group ultra, soccer, rugby, and football… if it’s athletic, she’s probably done it.
After moving to Fort McMurray in December 2024, she set her sights higher, earning her group fitness certification so she can share her passion with others & she’s JUST getting started. ✨
You can now train with Danielle in her Strength Training classes — Mondays @ 4pm & Saturdays @ 9am 💥
Strength Training is a full-body conditioning class using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to challenge every major muscle group. Expect a mix of tempo work, functional movement, and mindful form coaching; all designed to help you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.
