That feeling when you meet a new buddy over the fence. Matrix and Socks have been enjoying each others company and sharing the love. Did you know that mutual grooming has many benefits for horses? It strengthens and creates social bonds, reduces stress, promotes relaxation and helps them groom areas that are hard to reach. I hope these two will be buddies for life 🐴💗

Our little leprechauns were out spreading cheer and smiles yesterday to take advantage of the warm day!🍀 Lots of shenanigans and laughs were had too, what a bunch of characters these guys are.

Lots of exciting things are in the works, including getting our very own street address! This will make finding us so much easier than a Google pin that doesn’t work half the time. 🙈

Spring is in the air, even if still feels like a deep freeze out there! Matrix has already started the first stages of shedding that long winter coat to reveal the shiny summer coat we all know and love. And boy does he have a beautiful summer coat. His rich color and dapples are gorgeous, but really he always turns heads. Such a handsome guy 💗😎 🌸

Let’s welcome in the Year of the Fire Horse! I’m looking forward to a year of change, growth and transformation. And with that comes a brand new offering. ✨Twenty-three years ago, while I was working toward my holistic esthetics diploma, I had the opportunity to take Reiki training. I remember feeling curious but also knowing it wasn’t the right time, my path was unfolding in other ways. So I let it rest.

As I’ve grown and traveled paths I never imagined, including my own wellness journey and now creating spaces for wellness and reconnection here in Fort McMurray. I have found myself returning to the idea again and again and while it took a bit to line up, this time I said yes!

I’m so happy to share that I have completed my Reiki training, and I’m stepping into this next layer of my journey and offering it to you.

What feels most aligned is not simply offering Reiki in a room. It’s weaving it into the land. Into the quiet strength of the herd. Into the grounded rhythm that already exists here at the ranch.

This new offering will begin with guided grounding time alongside the horses, followed by a private Reiki session in our cozy ranch space, allowing the calm of the land and the energy work to gently integrate.

This feels like a full-circle moment for me. A path that waited patiently. And I’m honoured to share it with you. Please welcome The Ranch Reset! ✨🐴

Happy Valentine’s Day! Thank you to the families that came out for my Little Trackers launch event yesterday! Fort McMurray has always been shaped by hard work, resilience, and people willing to dream big. The ranch is my way of contributing to that story, creating a much needed space for connection, wellness, family time, and a slower pace, right here at home.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my story and show how industry, community, and nature can exist side by side.
