You don’t have to spend a lot of money to make a great adrenal cocktail.
Everyday when we are operating in high stress mode or fight or flight we are drawing cortisol from our adrenal glands to increase our heart rate and breathing so we can survive!
This really draws on our bodies minerals.
Making an adrenal cocktail is the Perfect way to give back to our adrenal glands and increase our energy naturally
Mix
1/4 tsp of Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
1 cup of orange juice
Mix all of these together and drink.
You can drink this whenever or try it at 10am and then have another one around 2pm (this is usually when we want a nap or a second coffee) and take note of your energy levels.
Note: sometimes you can bloat from this recipe, this is a sign of spleen Qi deficiency and we will need to work slowly towards taking an adrenal cocktail.
