They have have discovered damage in the wiring and is actively working to fix it now. Hoping this is resolved soon.

📢 Network Outage (as of May 9, 8pm):

Due to a network outage affecting our entire building, which includes our pharmacy, we are currently unable to process prescriptions through insurance (Processing without insurance works because no internet is required for that). Our internet provider is currently investigating and will update this page as soon as the issue is resolved. Past history tells us that this usually takes a few minutes but theoretically can take hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 💊💙
