We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah back to the studio this month for our can’t-miss Resonate & Restore.

This month, we have Olivia Martineau guiding you through 75 minutes of restorative yoga, easing you into deeply supportive, relaxing poses while Sarah’s crystal singing bowls wash over you in a soothing sound bath. It’s the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and reset your mind and body.

These sessions are a favourite and fill up fast, so we highly recommend reserving your spot now!

Introducing STRONG AF FRIDAY with Megan 🙌🏻

A pop-up, full-body strength class designed to help you lift heavy, move with intention, and head into the weekend feeling strong and capable.

Strong AF Friday is a non-heated strength session that uses dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight work with smart progressions that meet you where you’re at. Expect challenging (but approachable) sets, intentional rest, and movement that supports long-term strength.

This class will be offered on select Fridays in February & March when our Yoga Teacher Training is not in studio, making it a special pop-up addition to the schedule.

We couldn’t be more proud of each and every person who has chosen to show up, commit, and step into something new as 2026 begins. Watching this group lean into the learning, ask thoughtful questions, and fully immerse themselves in the process has already been so rewarding.

Our free by donation community classes are back! 💫

In partnership with this by-donation Hatha Yoga class invites you to reconnect with yourself and the community around you. In moments when we need grounding, movement shared in a welcoming space becomes a celebration of Pride, honouring connection, and the freedom to simply be 🤍

This class is open to anyone and every body. No yoga experience needed. Yoga mats will be provided.

🩵 January 19th is often referred to as Blue Monday. A time when the holidays have passed, the days are short, and our bodies are naturally craving more rest, warmth, and softness. Whatever you’re feeling this time of year is valid.

We’re honoured to have Melanie Walsh transform one of her Tuesday yoga classes into Soft Tuesday, a restorative gathering created to gently support you through this season. This class is designed to soothe the nervous system, and offer practices that help ease stress, overwhelm, and seasonal heaviness.

Expect grounding postures, deep rest, breath work, and space to reconnect with yourself.

As they step into this exciting new chapter, we invite you to support them through their Karma Classes. These special offerings are a beautiful way for brand-new instructors or instructors who are new to our studio to share their offerings in a welcoming, supportive environment 🤍
