Create your own kitchen essential piece: honey pot, garlic holder, or multi-purpose jar 🍯

All materials, firing & glazing included and no experience needed. Just time to slow down, create something with your hands and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in a relaxed studio environment.

Please note: pottery pieces take 6-8 weeks to be ready for pickup at the studio. Each piece is carefully dried, fired, and glazed to ensure quality and durability, so they can be enjoyed for years to come.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our studio community 🌷

Today we’re celebrating our amazing instructors who somehow do it all. Showing up with strength, patience, love, and endless energy both in and out of the studio.

We’re so grateful for everything you bring to our space.

And to every kind of mom out there: dog moms, cat moms, stepmoms, bonus moms, new moms, aunts, grandmas, moms-to-be, and the women who nurture and care for others every day, we’re celebrating you too.

Wishing you a day filled with love, appreciation, and a little extra time for yourself.

We’re so honoured to be part of the 10-Year Wildfire Anniversary event 🤍

This is a deeply meaningful occasion, and we recognize the importance of creating space for reflection, resilience, and community care.

As the wellness partner, our intention is to offer gentle movement, mindfulness, and opportunities for connection throughout the day, including:

🧘🏻‍♀️A quiet space inside the Doug Barnes Cabin for reflection, with 5–10 minutes of gentle movement offered every hour
🫖 Complimentary tea from &
🩵Wellness gift bags
🌳 A guided walk with Jenni at 2pm

Alongside this, the event will feature many beautiful ways to connect as a community: storytelling, traditional medicine teachings, activities for families and youth, hikes through the Birchwood trails, and complimentary food and beverages.

Proud studio moment: seeing our Yoga Teacher Training graduates offering their first class with us 🥹

Our New Instructor Development classes are an opportunity for new instructors to practice teaching in a welcoming, community setting and a chance for you to support a growing teacher while enjoying a thoughtful and accessible practice.

First up: Catherine Theriault! She will be leading us into a beautiful Warm Vinyasa practice, beginning with slower, intentional movement and gradually building pace and intensity to create internal heat.

And in true District fashion, no, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Yes, you’ll be safely guided and given the tools to run but Jenni always makes sure it’s fun along the way.

Expect upbeat energy, support, the best jokes, and a great group of people to spend time with outside in the long awaited sunshine!! ☀️

Everyone will also receive a PDF copy of the running program so if you can’t make the meet-up dates or will be away for vacation, you’ll still be able to follow along and crush your goals.

What if, instead of pouring into everyone else first, you poured back into yourself, getting to feel deeply rested, grounded and refreshed?

Join us for a 75-minute Yoga & Meditation workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin with gentle, floor-based movement to settle the body, then ease into a guided meditation blending breath work, somatic awareness, and calming visualization.

Led by Melissa Zubel from you’ll be in experienced, supportive hands. Her thoughtful approach and depth of knowledge create a space where you can truly unwind, feel safe, and reconnect.
