We’ve added a new late-night class to the schedule.

with Justin is expanding to Wednesdays starting May 6.

Block Therapy is a slow, deeply restorative practice designed to release built-up tension and help your body unwind from the inside out. Using targeted positioning and gentle pressure, this class opens tight areas, improves circulation, and creates space within the body.

The experience is calm, quiet, and intentional—perfect for downshifting, resetting, and reconnecting.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and restored. Many students report having the best sleep afterward.

All blocks are provided—just bring your mat and water.

And don’t worry, you can still catch this amazing fascia decompression class in its regular Sunday slot at 8:15 PM.

Are you a local First Responder - or know someone who is?! Then these classes are for you:)

We're happy to work alongside fellow Member and First Responder Alexandria to offer these Private Sessions for any local First Responder.

All class donations will go directly to Boots on the Ground - a non-profit organization dedicated to providing 24/7 anonymous peer support specifically for First Responders and Military Members based in Alberta.

And if any city knows the importance and dedication that First Responders offer - it's Fort McMurray!

First up, Shantal will help you decompress, reset, and restore. The May 9th class moves at a slower, intentional pace. Expect a blend of gentle stretches and accessible flows to release tension and create space in the body. Be prepared to settle in for some longer-held postures, targeting the deeper connective tissues to improve flexibility while encouraging a sense of stillness and calm. These shapes invite you to tap into quiet strength—balancing effort with ease.

Whether you’re carrying physical fatigue, mental stress, or simply need time to reset, this class offers a space to let go, restore, and be supported—on and off the mat.

On May 23rd, Morgan will turn up the music and the energy! Get ready to sculpt your entire body—for people who want to train with intensity, purpose, and impact.

Using weights and a strong focus on controlled movement, you’ll maximize both contraction and expansion of each muscle group—creating deeper activation and more effective results. We layer in conditioning-style intervals to elevate your heart rate, ignite fat burn, and push your endurance.

Expect a high-energy, upbeat class driven by fun music and a motivating group vibe. You’ll build strength, improve conditioning, and leave with that full-body “worked” feeling—stronger, more balanced, and more resilient.

Classes are open to any First Responder supporting the RMWB including those working at any Oil Sands site. Please call the studio or email Alexandria to register for one or both! Spaces are limited. Donations for class will be accepted either before or on the day of class.

A couple of days ago, Matt and I were able to drop by Waypoints to share the proceeds of his latest 3 Rocket Yoga classes with this important community group.

Thank you to everyone who came out to his class and anyone who dropped a couple of dollars in the donation box. Your contributions add up and go directly to help the community we all call home.

Thanks to for donating his time and energy once again. He will be back at it for three Sunday classes, starting April 26th. We will announce our new community group before then!

If you've never tried one of his Rocket Classes - do it!! It's one of the best sequences, most active, high vibe Yoga class you'll take all year. You get the natural high from this amazing Yoga class and the community groups get to receive your gift of support so they can continue giving back to Fort McMurray. After thousands of stickers, hundreds of classes and hundreds of BINGOS, we are finally ready to see who the lucky winners are! Than you so so much to everyone who bought a card and played along. Your contribution helped us raise over $700 for the Fort Mcmurray SPCA!

First up is a double spin for a free month membership at the Yoga studio and a free month at the Pilates studio.

First up — Nicole’s Fit & Fueled Masterclass lands April 18th.

This session is designed for anyone showing up consistently to group fitness classes but not seeing the changes they expected. If you’re often tired, constantly hungry, unsure what to eat, or stuck in the cycle of being “on track” during the week and off on weekends — this is for you.

Your workouts are there. Nutrition is the missing piece.

In this masterclass, you’ll learn how to properly fuel your body so your workouts actually start working for you. We’ll break nutrition down in a simple, realistic way — helping you understand what (and how much) your body truly needs, how to build balanced meals without overthinking it, and how to fuel before and after workouts to support performance and recovery.

How did this happen!?

Hannah came in, kicked ass in the studio… and now she’s off to a new continent and a whole new adventure.

As excited as we are for this next chapter in her life, we know we’re not alone in saying she’ll be deeply missed.

She was so much more than a smiling face at the front desk. Hannah listened, connected, and showed up fully for every single person — whether it was your first visit or your hundredth. She always made time, always cared, and loved sharing how much this space, the classes, and the community had impacted her life.

And in doing so, she impacted so many of yours.

To put it simply — she cared. A lot. And that kind of genuine energy is rare.

Thank you, Hannah, for 13 months of incredible service, for the hundreds of friendships you built, and for the countless lives you touched along the way.

Enjoy every moment of this next adventure — and we truly hope our paths cross again.
