⛑️ Medika North has donated a comprehensive sports first aid kit to the Junior Oil Baron’s U13A team! 🏒

At Medika North, we believe that the health and safety of our young athletes is a top priority. This donation is part of our commitment to providing essential resources that support safe sports practices.

With this first aid kit, our goal is to ensure that the Junior Oil Barons players have access to necessary medical supplies during their games and practices, allowing them to focus on what they love most— playing hard and having fun!

Today on September 30th in Fort McMurray Alberta, a few of our nurses at Medika North walked in remembrance and solidarity to support and to honor the resiliency of our survivors of residential schools. We acknowledge the deep pain and trauma that these institutions inflicted on generations of Indigenous children and their families.

We know we have a long way to go, but we are here doing our part to help heal our people and foster greater emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health for all. Together we can create a future where all children feel valued, respected and loved.
