Hello! It’s been a little while — time for a reintroduction 👋

My name is Stephanie. I’m your favorite strongman athlete + Registered Massage Therapist in Fort McMurray (mostly because I’m the only one… but I’ll take it 😅).

5 things about me:

1️⃣ I’m the oldest of three, the oldest grandchild — and yes, I fully embody all those classic oldest-child traits 🤍
2️⃣ I’ve been competing in strength sports for the past 5 years and train heavy 4x a week
3️⃣ I love all genres of music, but in my treatment room you’ll hear acoustic covers of hits — because spa music just isn’t my vibe
4️⃣ I’m a momma. I knew I wanted to be one since I was about 3 years old — it’s the one thing I’ve always been completely sure of
