The perfect lunchtime, mid week reset our bodies need.
A 45 minute Yin inspired class, guided by the 5 Chinese elements/seasons/meridians.
Yin isn’t about chasing flexibility or striving for the perfect shape. It’s about surrender. It’s about meeting yourself in the pauses.
As we hold each post for several minutes, the body begins to unravel in its own time. There is no forcing, no push pushing - just space. And in that quiet space, something deeper is revealed.
We work with the bodies energy lines - the Meridians - inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. We gently stimulate the fascia, the joints, and the deeper often neglected layers of the body that modern life moves too quickly to notice. But Yin goes beyond the physical. It touches the subtle body. The emotion stored beneath the surface. The breath that gradually lengthens as we soften.
It is slow.
It is spacious.
It is medicine for a world that moves too fast.
And perhaps this is why Yin can feel like the most challenging practice of all. We are rarely given permission to be still. So when we finally pause, when we truly sit in the quiet - it can feel confronting.
And yet, that is where the transformation begins.
