My name is Jennifer and I am a local doula in Fort McMurray Alberta.

I am a mother of three beautiful children a boy and two beautiful girls, who were all born here in Fort McMurray so I have some experience with the hospital in town. You may ask what is a doula, well a doula is a support person for mom and dad before,during and after labor. We give the parents the information to help them make informed decisions on their birth and help them to achieve the birth th

at they would like as much as possible. I am trained in relaxation methods, positioning and how to write a birth plan as well as many other methods to help mom relax and to help dad keep mom relaxed. No matter if you are single ,married, having a natural birth or a cesarean section a doula can be there and help you to have the best birth possible. If you have any question please message me.
