Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there 💐
We’ve been quiet on social media, and honestly… it’s because real life has been very full. Most days start with patient care, then it’s rushing out the door for preschool or daycare pickup, snacks, dinner, baths, bedtime… and then heading back to the clinic for a few more hours of patient care before finally calling it a night.
Our clinic is run by moms, built by moms, and supported by moms every single day. We know firsthand that motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, rewarding, chaotic, and nonstop all at once. And being both a business owner and a mom to little ones? That’s a whole new level.
To every mom balancing work, caregiving, dreams, guilt, schedules, and everything in between; we see you. And we hope today you feel celebrated for all the invisible work you do every day. 🤍

There is something incredibly sacred about holding space for women as they move through pregnancy and into postpartum. Not just in the highlight moments, but in all of it. The excitement, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, the joy, the grief, the identity shifts no one really prepares you for.

It matters deeply to me that every mom who comes into my space feels seen exactly as she is. No pressure to feel a certain way. No expectation to “enjoy every moment.” Just permission to exist in her experience; whatever that looks like that day.

The truth is, motherhood isn’t one emotion. It’s a full spectrum. And every part of it deserves acknowledgment and care.
Being able to offer even a small pocket of calm, support, and understanding during such a transformative time… it genuinely fills my soul with warmth.

It’s more than what I do, it’s something I carry with me long after each appointment ends 🤍

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day — a day to recognize the strength, resilience, brilliance, and leadership of women everywhere.
But celebration alone isn’t enough. There is still so much work to be done.
Around the world, women continue to fight to be seen as equals — for equal pay, equal rights, equal opportunities, and for their voices to be heard and respected. We only have to look at the world around us to see that many women and marginalized communities are still facing oppression, discrimination, and systemic barriers upheld by patriarchal systems. Progress has been made, but true equality has not yet been reached.
That’s why today is also a call to action.
To be loud.
To be bold.
To stand up.
To challenge systems that keep women small.
To support one another and advocate for change — in our workplaces, our communities, and our world.
As a women-owned and women-led clinic, we are incredibly proud to create a space built on compassion, collaboration, and empowerment. Every day we witness the power of women — the mothers carrying the invisible mental load, the leaders building businesses and communities, the innovators, the healers, the advocates.
Women are strong.
Women are intelligent.
Women are resilient.
Women are powerful.
We are especially grateful to be part of a community filled with inspiring women-owned businesses who continue to lead, innovate, and support one another. When women support women, incredible things happen.
