Tick season is here! Protect yourself and your pets by covering up. Wear long sleeves, long pants, light coloured clothing, tuck pants into socks, and make sure you use a bug spray with DEET or Icaridin. Remember to always check yourself and your four-legged pals for ticks after leaving a grassy or wooded area.

We are happy to see the news from Saskatchewan that the Heart & Stroke Foundation CardiacCrash training will be available in all high schools!
Did you know the same course is available here too? This CPR and AED awareness program has a workplace version and a school version, and takes about an hour. It's great refresher practice even if you are already certified.
