To keep everything running smoothly and make sure your pet never misses a dose, please request prescription refills 24–48 hours in advance.

Last-minute or same-day refill requests will be subject to a $20 rush prescription fee.

If you feel your pet is in need of urgent care, please call our clinic at 780-743-4044. Our team will will assess each case based on urgency, and return calls in order of medical priority.

If you are calling after hours or on the weekend, please listen carefully to the voicemail for instructions on how to reach our emergency line.
Due to limited staffing, we may not always be able to answer immediately. If you are unable to reach a team member, please LEAVE A MESSAGE including the details of your pet’s emergency and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Holiday Reminder for Our Clients 🎄

With the holidays approaching, please let us know by the end of this week if your pet will need any special-order medications, as this will be our deadline to place those orders.

We also kindly ask that all food orders and medications be picked up prior to December 23 to avoid any holiday delays.

🎄Holiday Hours🎄

Our clinic will be closed for the holidays from December 24–28.

We’ll be open for half days on December 29 & 30 with morning appointment availability on both days- give us a call if you are looking to book any vaccination or technician appointments!☺️

We will reopen for regular hours on January 2, and that will also be the start of our on-call rotation!

Patient Spotlight ✨✨

These two adorable fluffballs recently visited us, and we couldn’t resist sharing. Maine C***s are one of the largest domestic cat breeds and are often lovingly called gentle giants — known for their tufted ears, long shaggy coats, expressive eyes, and those signature little chirps and trills instead of meows.
Despite their big, majestic appearance, they’re incredibly friendly, social, and easygoing. Maine C***s love being involved in whatever their humans are doing and are full of playful, affectionate personality without ever being too much. 🐾

We were absolutely smitten with these two on their visit and we can't wait to see them again! 🥰
