*REMINDER due to the high volume of no shows lately**
My policy
--No shows and less then 12 hours notice for a cancellation will be charged 50% of the appointment booked.
--If this re-occurs then you will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
--You will not be able to rebook until this fee has been paid. (12 hours is generous as most other clinics require 24 hours and require you to pay 100% of your appointment booked)
**If you would like a reminder text the day before, I am more then happy to do that for you**

I earn a living by appointments so if I have a no show or last minute cancellation, I lose out on income.
It also effects anyone that is on the cancellation list and is wanting to fill that empty spot. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you.

I understand that everyone is human, things absolutely can happen. In some cases an exception can be made where these fees are waived (ex. Sickness, family emergency weather, etc..) Please do your best to notify me as early as you can.

This all being said, I know I have had my fair share of cancelling appointments last minute this last year as I continue to deal with my knee issues/wait for surgery. This situation is beyond my control but I let my clients know asap when something happens. I want to thank all of those clients for your understanding. I am grateful beyond words!🩵🩵

Again, I wish that this was not necessary but these events have become to frequent to not be addressed.

Starting Dec 1st, there will be a rate increase of $5 for all massage therapy services (GST is included in these prices). This reflects the increase in operating costs and keeps my rate consistent within the industry.

*I have decided to open up my books to take on some new clients! Along with adding some extra appointment slots starting next week.
These slots will only be available for 30 and 45 minute appointments.

🚨ATTENTION--To all of my clients🚨

This has become an ongoing issue that needs to be unfortunately addressed again.
If you are exhibiting any symptoms of a cold or flu please stay home. At any stage of being sick--even if your "almost" better.

If you show up, showing any symptoms, I will not be able to treat you and send you home. You will also have to pay for the full service booked.
There is no penalty for cancelling before your treatment when your feeling under the weather.

It not only puts myself at risk to have a virus brought in, but my clients will be put at risk as well. Please keep in mind that I have immuno-compromised clients, so they can be effected even long after a sick client has left.

One cancelled appointment on my schedule is better then if I get sick, have to reschedule a week full of appointments and lose out on income.
I know a massage may feel like it will help but it can actually worsen your symptoms.

Some examples on knowing when to reschedule your appointment:
▪If you feel like you have gotten over the worst of your illness but still are exhibiting symptoms (sneezing, coughing, runny nose, etc...) you still are contagious.
▪You have had a fever in the last 24 hours (no cheating by taking medication to bring your fever down).
▪You have had stomach bug or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
▪ If your feeling off or like your coming down with something.

**REMINDER**Please read**

Two things:
1) I have been informed by a few people lately that they have been trying to get in contact with me but have not gotten a response back.
So I just want to remind everyone that my work number 331-5814 (call or text).
If by chance you have tried to contact me and have not heard back, take a look at the number just in case. I no longer use my old 332 number.

2) I am currently not taking on any new massage clients. Also if I have not seen you in 2 years, you will be considered a new client. I have a waitlist you can be added to if you'd like as every so often something does open up.
*However I do accept new clients for my other services.
