*REMINDER due to the high volume of no shows lately**
My policy
--No shows and less then 12 hours notice for a cancellation will be charged 50% of the appointment booked.
--If this re-occurs then you will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
--You will not be able to rebook until this fee has been paid. (12 hours is generous as most other clinics require 24 hours and require you to pay 100% of your appointment booked)
**If you would like a reminder text the day before, I am more then happy to do that for you**

I earn a living by appointments so if I have a no show or last minute cancellation, I lose out on income.
It also effects anyone that is on the cancellation list and is wanting to fill that empty spot. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you.

I understand that everyone is human, things absolutely can happen. In some cases an exception can be made where these fees are waived (ex. Sickness, family emergency weather, etc..) Please do your best to notify me as early as you can.

This all being said, I know I have had my fair share of cancelling appointments last minute this last year as I continue to deal with my knee issues/wait for surgery. This situation is beyond my control but I let my clients know asap when something happens. I want to thank all of those clients for your understanding. I am grateful beyond words!🩵🩵

Again, I wish that this was not necessary but these events have become to frequent to not be addressed.

Starting Dec 1st, there will be a rate increase of $5 for all massage therapy services (GST is included in these prices). This reflects the increase in operating costs and keeps my rate consistent within the industry.

Therapeutic/Relaxation/Cupping
30 minutes-$55
45 minutes-$70
60 minutes-$85

Hot Stone Massage
45 minutes-$85
60 minutes-$100

Wow it has been a while since I have made a post! So just a couple of things:
*I have decided to open up my books to take on some new clients! Along with adding some extra appointment slots starting next week.
These slots will only be available for 30 and 45 minute appointments.
Perfect time to use up those benefits before year end!
