Hello Everyone!! Greetings from Vancouver. We start our journey north today and will be back in FSJames by the end of the week. The back fusion surgery was a huge success, with a minor hick up requiring a second surgery on the 24th. The first surgery was the 9th. All is well though now and I marvel at being able to walk without experiencing pain. I am eye to eye and shoulder to shoulder with my husband again ❤️.
My rehab for now will consist of walking daily. If you feel like a walk and talk, drop me a text or call and we can visit while I rehab! Physio will start around the end of April. I am increasing my distances regularly and sure grateful I had been up to 8 km walks during my prehab in preparing for this 9.5 hour surgery. For now I am limited with the amount I can bend, lift or twist, so will find new ways to do some things and accept the fact that I need help with others. I am excited to resume my learning curve with tuning forks and the new set I have awaiting me at home. I will most likely be starting to practice again with those before I am able to massage again. I will keep you all posted about my progress and when I am ready to see new volunteers to experience the benefits of biofield tuning. See you around town, and maybe for a walk❤️.

Hi Everyone! My surgery was a success save for the glitches of leftover neurological issue from the Laminectomy in Nov 2024. I am straighter and taller being able to look my husband in the eye again whilst standing. Happy to say I am using walking poles when mobilizing with the physio now.
