Trojan Safety Services is currently looking for a Shop Supervisor to help run our busy shop at our Fort St. John, BC location. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in managing equipment readiness, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

Skills we're looking for, but not limited to:
- Strong understanding of safety equipment (SCBA, Gas monitors, breathing air trailers, ect)
- Familiarity with oilfield service tools and gear maintenance.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
- Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Delegation and accountability management.
- Inventory management: ordering, tracking, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Prioritizing tasks in a high-demand environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication with operations, logistics and field staff.
- Liaison with suppliers and manufacturers for service/parts
- Commitment to a safety-fires culture.
- Understanding of WHIMIS, TDG, and H2S Regulations.
- Quick, sound judgment under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues.
- Adaptability to changing job scopes or field requests.
- Meeting deadlines in a face-paced environment.
- Efficiently coordinating deliveries, service, and mobilization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and shop management systems.
