Hello! I'm being called to return to Tapping and I'm grateful as I believe in the power that it holds.

A weekend retreat sounds so nice, yes, please :)

I’ve been quiet over here as I’ve been building something that’s been tugging at my heart for a while. A beautiful supportive group of women in the North. It’s so easy to allow ourselves to isolate and become lonely here so more than once this idea crossed my mind. Not only a circle of women gathering monthly but going for walks, sitting by fires, dancing together, and when summer rolls around again knowing so many more people at festivals!
Last night I hosted our second gathering and ended it with a tapping meditation.
