New Year, BIG changes!
I have moved clinic spaces and more!

I hope everyone had a safe and happy new year⭐️

➡️New location
I am now located in the red remax building, downstairs, 9711-100th Avenue #308.

➡️Treatments
I will be keeping the clinic as a direct treatment/rapid based clinic! (message/call me for more information, I'd love to see how we can help your pain!). I will keep the waitlist open for massage if i am able to fit the treatments in (these are not guaranteed).

➡️Phone calls
All new clients and clients i havent seen for a while will recieve a call regarding your booked appointment to discuss treatments.

➡️Schedule updates
Going forward, i will not be updating facebook with schedule openings. I will continue opening the schedule a couple weeks at a time to ensure that i can get clients in for the treatments they need.

I have increased RAPID/ clinically directed care appointments available. I will be contacting new clients as they are booked to discuss your upcoming treatment. (This treatment is done differently then your regular massage, we will be in comfy clothes)

The October schedule is open!

*You will notice some changes in October*

I really want to start being able to get people in quickly when they're in pain. Short treatments will be more accessible.

There will be limited regular massage appointments and I will be leaning more towards RAPID NFR Treatments. I will be keeping the waitlist for massage appointments open.

What is RAPID?

This is a pain specific treatment. Rapid neurofascial reset is a soft tissue movement that works on hypersensitive areas. This massage technique addresses the nervous system's role in releasing tension and restriction within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

Every session is a combination of examination and treatment to find the source of dysfunction. Tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.

Rapid sessions maybe uncomfortable during the movement phase of a treatment. This occurs as the central nervous system is engaged and the adhesions are broken, helping to restore normal function.
This treatment is done in comfy clothes instead of between sheets.

Some of the conditions that we can quickly target with RAPID NFR include:

Headaches/migraines, TMJ, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, knee issues, tennis/golfers elbow, frozen shoulder, bunions, arthritic joints, lack of range of motion.

We hope everyone is continuing to enjoy the summer holidays. With Fall fast approaching we have recently opened our September schedule, specifically for new IV therapy clients. We will be adding new vitamin infusion treatments in the coming weeks that are geared towards immune health and weight loss.
