Healthy habits are an important aspect of life. They are the healthy tasks that we do for ourselves on a relatively daily basis.

But sometimes (most of the time) it’s hard to put those habits in place. And that’s why I created these!

This helps me stay on track with my habits and my budget. I write down the 4 habits I want to focus on and highlight each day I do it.

This has helped me make those habits a mostly steady habit. And that’s what many need to help them make habits.

Having healthy habits in your life is crucial to living and loving your balanced life. It creates those things that you need and like to do but makes it so you do it regularly.

So give this a try and make those habits that help you every day. Help yourself to create that balanced lifestyle.

As a person that has really struggled mentally, I can finally see my importance.

Being on this health and wellness journey has given me the truth and power I need to realize that I am worth it. I am important. That I need to take care of myself before anything else.

It’s something that most of us struggle with but need to learn. You matter. You are important. You are enough.

You need to take care of yourself and learn to love yourself before you can do it for others.

It’s a long journey, that I’m still working on, but it’s the point of trying and working on it that counts.

A big part of a balanced life is organization!

Sometimes it’s hard to fit all the pieces of the week into only 7 days. Trying to keep up with work, exercise, friends, family and on and on can get mind boggling.

To get all aspects of a well rounded life can be hard to balance. But organizing can create ease and simplicity instead of stress and chaos!

I love my planners and calendars and wouldn’t know what to do without them!

On Sunday take 10 minutes and plan out your week. Pencil in the priorities and the things that need done. It literally take 10 minutes but makes for a simpler week.

You are the only true constant in your own life. Everything else can come and go. But you wake up as you everyday. And live the day as you.

So make that space a good place to be. Make it so you want to get up in the morning and live your days.

Make you happy and allow yourself to be healthy. Make it a space you are happy to be.

Because you have to live with yourself everyday. So if you are unhappy with it change it.

Guys! It has been 2 whole months on this amazing product! I’ve finished my first bottles!!

I have more energy, my immunity is up, my skin is clearer and my anxiety is lower!

I’ve noticed all these difference in the last 2 months and even a couple more. I just feel so much better and so happy I decided to try this!

2 months ago I knew I was missing key nutrients in my body, I wasn’t getting enough fruits and veggies in a day. Then this just fell in my lap and when I saw just I mean it! Scrolling through Instagram and an ad pops up kind of fell into my lap.

So I decided to give it a shot and now I’m 100% believer in this and recommend it to everyone!

Now I’m getting all the nutrients my body needs, as well as access to an amazing program and a great community!

Being and staying fit is hard. Finding the time, motivation and the patience is a slippery slope. We all know this but yet we find the time and patience for it.

And that is sooooo amazing!!

Lately, I’m been struggling to get the time and motivation to do this. And with that I’ve started to loose the habit. So what I started is doing is at least 5 minutes whenever I can to get myself back into it. And now I’ve done that I’m revamping my exercise strategy to fit my life right now better.

And that is okay to do. The most important thing is that you are doing something. Doesn’t matter what it is but something that you can seamlessly fit into your life so you are still getting the movement.

This has been what my self care looks like this week. Some hot tea, blankets and a good book.

I haven’t been going to the gym as much or socializing as much either.

But do you know what? That’s okay! As discussed before self care can take many forms. And it is dependant on what you need in the moment. What you need to reset and recharge yourself.

For me the last few days have been just relaxing and getting lost in a book.

So today I want you to take a minute and see what you and your body truly need. Then do that instead of what you had planned.

Because pushing yourself and not allowing yourself to recharge is going to lead to a bunch more problems.

So do what you NEED to do, not what you think you HAVE to do.

Yesterday I took a day to myself, a self care day. And these are 2 of the things that I truly did for me. Reading and spin class.

These are 2 activities that I do for myself at least once a week because they help me relax or feel good.

And it’s important to do that for yourself so you do feel good. And let me tell you after yesterday I feel recharged and reset.

So take that day, or afternoon, or evening, to do the things you love that allow yourself to treat you and make you feel good. Because guess what… you deserve it.

What is lifestyle balance?

It is where you create the balance of all aspects in your life. Making time for every part to help stay happy and healthy.

Some examples are:
- tonight I’m going to go out with my friends, then tomorrow I’ll stay at home.
- I ate really healthy yesterday and met my calories, today I will let myself have that muffin.
- I spent 8 hours at work everyday this week, tonight I’m not going to think about work at all.

These are just some examples of how you can create that balance.

Having a lifestyle balance is a must in your life. It allows you to take care of yourself but also doing the norm like house work and you job. It keeps you healthy by having that food ratio. And overall it keeps you happy because your doing the deeds but also doing things for you.

Allow yourself to go after your dreams.

‘I can’t do that right now’. If it is something you truly want, and maybe even need, you will make time for it.

We all know the at exercise is important for our health. But did you know it’s also important for our mental health?

Exercising allows happy chemicals to be released in our brain leading to reduced stress and increased moods.

I personally started seriously working out do help my mental health in a really dark place. But now after I’ve seen all the benefits (mental and physical) I can’t stop.

I feel more confident, fitting into smaller size clothes, less stress, and overall happier.

It is something that we all know to do but I don’t think we ever really think about the alllllll benefits that it can encompass.
