A significant focus of my practice over the last 30 years has been working with women’s hormonal health, including menopause. So it was so refreshing to see the recognition of the impact of women’s health and importance of hormone therapy be validated by the following exciting news.

Estrogen & Progesterone Are Now Free in BC!!

As of March 1, 2026, most estrogen and progesterone prescriptions are fully covered in BC for anyone enrolled in MSP. This includes topical estrogen, vaginal estrogen, oral estradiol, and oral micronized progesterone. A major step forward for accessible menopause care.
