I can pistol squat for reps, but when I first started doing Cossack squats, I felt muscles I didn't know exist doing things I didn't know they were supposed to.

If you've been dealing with tight and spicy hips, give Cossack squats a try, you won't be disappointed.

The gym is an incredible place to improve yourself, and it's fun (and I recommend) to record your progress.

But it's a shared space. And that means people are going to be around and probably going to "get in the way."

If that bothers you... Workout at home. Workout outside. The gym is a safe place to come improve yourself and cheer on those around you.
