3 years of progress.

It's felt slow. I've gone backwards. And I've almost given up more times than I can count.

The self-doubt still creeps in, and I don't always see the same thing other people see when they look at me and my life.

But here's the thing...

When I look at the data, I've built something extraordinary. I left being "average" behind when I decided to stop asking, "if I could do things," and started asking, "if there's anything I can't do," instead.

My training philosophy is built on 4 pillars: physical capability, mental resilience, spiritual grounding (flow, integrity, interconnectedness), and technical mastery.

I didn't wake up one day and know how to do this.

It's taken me 3 years to get to a point where I can confidently put food together in a way that I enjoy without it becoming a FT job.
