Professional Residential/Commercial Cleaner

Must have a full drivers license,
Clean driving record,
Have a reliable vehicle, (you cant have someone drive you or use a taxi)
Be able to pass a criminal record check,
Have references
Have a washing machine and a dryer

* Energetic and upbeat, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers
* Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help and please others
* Take pride in doing the job well and with a keen eye for detail
* Able to perform the same tasks repeatedly with satisfaction every time
* A positive attitude and flexible approach
* Be physically fit to fulfill this position, including reaching and bending to clean, as well as climbing stairs and being able to go up and down with cleaning mid range, high and low.
* Able to perform heavy lifting when necessary
* Passion for working with and for people

Competitive pay with write offs
$22 an hour
Vehicle is a write off
Mileage paid for out of town cleanings
