We are looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our team!

This position is very part-time and ideal for someone seeking flexible hours. The role primarily covers Saturdays 11am-5pm, (possibly Sundays 1pm-5pm) , as well as holiday and sick-day coverage for our main receptionists.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
• Checking clients in and out
• Handling payments and gift certificates
• Keeping the front desk area calm, organized, and welcoming
• Cleaning duties to maintain a calm, sanitary spa environment
• Laundry duties, including washing, folding, and restocking linens and towels

Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with phones, scheduling systems, and basic computer use
• Previous receptionist or spa/salon experience is a plus, but not required

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a peaceful spa environment and connecting with clients, without needing full-time hours.

Our hearts are heavy after the recent losses in our community. 🤍

At Nature’s Way Spa & Wellness we have taken some time to reflect on how we can help support our community, and would like to offer a small space of care and support for teens who may be struggling.

Beginning immediately, we are reserving one complimentary red light therapy session each day we are open (Monday–Saturday) for teens (18 years and younger) who are experiencing depression, emotional overwhelm, or simply needs a quiet, calming moment of care. These sessions are offered at no charge & will be available all year round as an ongoing gesture of support to our community.

Red light therapy supports overall wellness, relaxation, and cellular health, and some people find it helps support mood and emotional well-being. While it is not a treatment for depression and not a substitute for professional mental health care, we hope this offering can provide a calming, supportive experience during a difficult time.

Important details:
• One teen per day by appointment
• Parent or guardian consent is required for all minors under 18
• Appointments must be scheduled privately by DM or phone
• All inquiries will be handled with care, discretion, and respect

We are excited to be featuring these ultra-relaxing facial experiences in our Nature’s Way menu that are now available to book:

Pure Balance Face Massage
Luminous LED Therapy Facial
Gua Sha Radiance Facial
Total Glow Experience

These will be sure to leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated, and your skin feeling amazing.

However, as of February 1st, if you need more specific skin concerns addressed, you can book through SC Skin Studio (just in the back of Nature's Way) for facials like the OxyGeneo, Tripollar, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Microcurrent, and more.

Facial waxing, brow laminations and lash lifts will also be moving to SC Skin Studio as of February.
