Starting this week (October 8th) we are once again offering Saturday classes. Each week will alter ate between Barre with Lindsay or PBT with Heather from 9.45-10.45a.

There's no better way to start off the weekend than with one of these classes and we can't wait!

Join Ally for the next 4 weeks each Tuesday from 7.15-8.15p for Adult Hip Hop classes!

Whether you have never done Hip Hop before or used to dance when you were younger. This is an all levels class perfect for learning new combos, movements and having fun!

Session dates are: October 11th, 18th, 25th + November 1st
Investment: $64 + GST

Pre-registration is required by Mindbody under "Events".
