While 1994 seems like “only ten years ago” to most of us, not for our own Manager and Head Technician Kari Greco! This year she is celebrating her 30th year of being a Vet Tech!
After graduating from the Veterinary Technician program at Fairview College, Kari started her career immediately and has never looked back!
Throughout this time, she became incredibly blessed by meeting her husband and expanding her family with her three kids. (And multiple four legged family members)
If you can’t find her at work, you can almost guarantee she relaxing somewhere outside, either on a horse or with a dog by her side. Preferably both.
One of her major milestones is helping start Rivers Animal Hospital from the ground up 20 years ago. Her expertise and experience from working in other practices has allowed our clinic to thrive and bring the best care to your pets!
Not only is she a great manager to her staff, she is an amazing mentor to the new generations of technicians and any veterinary enthusiasts that come through our doors. Her core revolves around family, and all staff members are lucky to feel like they are apart of it.
We applaud her newest adventure with J & K TheraPETics and the new standard of care she helps bring to veterinary medicine with our clinic. (Don’t worry she’s not leaving us, we couldn’t let someone like her go)
