These are my Great Granddaughters, On November 22, they were involved in a motor vehicle accident on South Taylor Hill. My heart is broken that they got hurt but I am so thankful that they are still here today❤️. As we are coming closer to the Christmas we need to caution on these highways. People need to slow down and drive with due care and attention. If anyone had witnessed this accident please contact my granddaughter Aesha Thomas.

Bookkeeper
Complete Safety Services Inc.

Complete Safety Services Inc. (CSSI) is a safety company, with medics, traffic control, pilot trucks and hotshot services. CSSI main office is located in Fort St John, BC. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain accounts related to various incorporations under company via computerized software, Xero Accounting Program.
* Reporting accurate journal entries, trial balances, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
* Ensure all documents are ready for year-end closing for subsidiaries in accordance to deadlines.
* Update and maintain general ledgers and financial statements on a regular basis, ensuring financial accuracy of all documents.
* Process payroll and file GST, PST and government remittances by deadline.

Requirements/Skills:
* Excellent working knowledge of online accounting software, we can provide training in Xero Accounting
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Spreadsheets.
* Superior organizational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
* Must be proficient in English, with strong writing skills.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years relevant experience in administration, accounting or bookkeeping.
* Recent accounting experience for medium sized commercial companies, preferably in managing financial accounts.
* Post-secondary education in accounting/finance an asset.
